Florida State University College of Engineering Phase III Renovations

Summary

The College of Engineering (COE) Building renovations includes a two-section, three story, 200,000 GSF facility that supports the various engineering and teaching programs for the students and faculty for the College of Engineering for both Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University (FAMU) and Florida State University (FSU). The facility includes classrooms, teaching laboratories, and support facilities. Moses Engineering served as the third-party commissioning agent for the project and provided overall direction of the commissioning process during the construction and acceptance phases. A final report was developed to document the Cx process and results. Moses Engineering commissioned the following systems: • Air Handling Unit (AHU) systems • Heating Hot Water Boiler Plants • Chilled Water Plants • Lab Exhaust Fan system • Air Terminal Unit systems • Lighting Controls systems
