Mount Sinai Medical Center Cath Lab 4 Renovation

Summary

Moses Engineering worked with Neutral Point LLC to meet the MEP requirements for all the Siemens upgrades involved in renovating Mount Sinai’s Cath Lab 4. Our firm provided all the plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, medical gas and equipment design required for the operating procedures of the Hospital. Additionally, new lighting, fire alarm devices, and concealed sprinkler heads were included in that design. Due to the time constraints of the project, Moses Engineering was able to complete the design and submit to AHCA for approval in two weeks. The project was conducted on an occupied building, and the design was produced so that the eight other Cath Labs could fully operate during renovations.
