Summary

This 36,600 GSF new tilt-wall concrete building houses the University of Central Florida Police Department. This new facility provides much needed space for the Police Department and adds a new facelift to this area of campus. The first floor features a secured, yet welcoming entry as well as temporary holding cells, evidence processing and storage area, full locker/shower and fitness facilities, and record storage. Also a 3 bay enclosed garage was included for radio/lights installation and repair.
